2. Platform Description

FlexSite is a hosting platform that provides customizable infrastructure for Drupal-based websites. Our platform offers:

• A no-code approach using Drupal with preconfigured recipes
• Customizable infrastructure based on project needs
• Development sandbox environment for site building
• Various hosting plans with different resource allocations

3. Sandbox Environment

FlexSite provides a 30-day sandbox environment for development purposes. During this period:

• Users can build and test their Drupal sites in a development environment
• After 30 days, the sandbox will be paused unless the user subscribes to a basic plan
• Beta testers receive an additional 30-day extension of their sandbox period
• Sandbox environments are not intended for production use

4. Beta Testing

During the beta phase of FlexSite:

• The platform may experience issues or instability
• Beta testers acknowledge and accept potential service interruptions
• We reserve the right to make changes to the platform without prior notice
• Beta testers may be asked to provide feedback and report issues

5. Service Limitations and Responsibilities

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• FlexSite is not responsible for any data loss or service interruption during the beta phase
• Users are responsible for backing up their data and content
• Custom domain setup is the responsibility of the user
• Resource usage must comply with the selected hosting features

6. Payment and Subscription

To continue using FlexSite after the sandbox period:

• Users must set up a custom domain
• Payment is required before the sandbox expiration
• Plans can be upgraded or downgraded based on project needs
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
• Share sandbox access with unauthorized users
• Use the platform in a way that could harm other users or the service

8. Service Modifications

FlexSite reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the service
• Change pricing and plans with reasonable notice
• Update these terms at any time
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

During the beta phase and beyond, FlexSite's liability is limited to:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss or business interruption
• Beta testers acknowledge the experimental nature of the service

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FlexSite is registered, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
